Purpose
LOOP Fitness A/S har etableret en fitness-kæde, som tilbyder cirkeltræning til voksne og børn, bestående af fitness-centre ejet af særskilt etablerede danske og udenlandske datterselskaber ("LOOP Fitness-kæden"). LOOP Fitness-kæden omfatter de danske og udenlandske fitnesscentre, som drives under LOOP Fitness navnet og konceptet. Nærværende anpartshaveroverenskomst er indgået i forbindelse med, at Parterne har etableret et fitnesscenter under LOOP Fitness-kæden i lokalerne beliggende Merkurvej 6B, 4700 Næstved og med henblik på yderlig etablering af centre i Danmark. Selskabet er medlem af LOOP Fitness-kæden på de vilkår, der fremgår af den Franchise aftale på lejevilkår, som er indgået mellem LOOP Fitness A/S og Selskabet i umiddelbar forbindelse med indgåelsen af nærværende anpartshaveroverenskomst.
