Terms for account and subscription

This is an English translation of the Danish text. If the two differ, the Danish text applies. The account area and the pricing page are in Danish for now.

The terms apply when you create an account or buy a paid plan on CVRdatabase. The seller is the publisher, Jørn Absget ([email protected]), see also the page About CVRdatabase.

1. Account

You create an account with your e-mail address and log in with a link that we send you. You are responsible for your e-mail. A free account costs nothing and can be deleted at any time under My account (in Danish).

2. Plans and prices

The plans and their limits are shown on the page Pricing (in Danish). Pro costs DKK 149 a month, or DKK 1428 a year with annual payment. Business costs DKK 399 a month, or DKK 3828 a year. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at payment. We may change the prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies only from the next renewal.

3. Payment and renewal

Payment is made by card with the payment provider Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for a new month or a new year until you cancel it. You receive an invoice for each payment. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a period; if that does not succeed, the account falls back to the free plan.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal under My account (in Danish). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then. The paid period is not refunded, unless the law requires it.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have as a rule a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase. If you want access immediately, you must expressly ask for it; if you withdraw, you must pay for the time you have used the service, and the right of withdrawal lapses when the service has been fully delivered. If you buy as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

6. Use of data

The data comes from CVR and the Danish Business Authority and is shown as registered. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or up to date, and the figures are not advice or a credit rating. Companies that are protected against advertising are marked, and information about them must not be used for marketing; the marking is included in exports. You must not use the service to extract the whole database, circumvent the limits or resell data. We may close an account that misuses the service.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by errors in the public registers or interruptions in the service, to the extent the law allows. We aim for stable operation, but cannot promise that the service is always available.

9. Changes and complaints

Material changes to the terms are notified with at least 30 days' notice. You can complain to the publisher via the contact page. Consumers can also complain to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning). Danish law applies. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
