Selskabet må ikke uden home a/s´s forudgående skriftlige godkendelse have andre aktiviteter ellerudføre andre opgaver end beskrevet i pkt 3.1 herunder særligt for franchisetager i home-kæden, som samtidig er aktionærer i selskabet, eller for ejendomsmæglere udenfor home-kæden.
