Purpose
Selskabets formål faseopdeles i 2 faser. Henholdsvis en planlægningsfase og en driftsfase. Formålet i planlægningsfasen er, at arbejde for etablering af et eller flere biogasanlæg til behandling af husdyrgødning, andet biologisk industriaffald eller andre lovlige produkter, der kan anvendes i biogasanlæggene samt andet organisk materiale, i det omfang dette ikke strider mod bestemmelser i miljø- og veterinærlovgivning. Planlægningsfasen omfatter fastlæggelse af placering af biogasanlæg samt øvrig forberedelse f.eks. etablering af anden juridisk enhed, såsom et aktieselskab, anpartsselskab eller andet, som har til formål at opføre, eje og drive biogasanlægget. Eventuelt kan ejerskabet og driften adskilles i 2 selvstændige juridiske enheder. I driftsfasen er formålet at producere grøn energi på grundlag af husdyrgødning og anden biomasse, for derigennem at sikre en optimal udnyttelse af næringsstofferne i husdyrgødning, og reduktion af miljøbelastningen. Grundlaget for energiproduktionen kan være husdyrgødning såsom rågylle, fast møg eller forsepareret gylle samt anden biomasse. Andelshaverne skal aftage afgasset husdyrgødning og øvrige bioprodukter.
