Purpose
Foreningens primære formål er på grundlag af medlemmernes individuelle ønsker at fremme disses faglige og erhvervsmæssige interesser som ejere af skov, af juletræs- og pyntegrøntarealer eller af naturområder. Formålet søges realiseret gennem medlemmernes deltagelse i foreningen som aftagere og leverandører, herunder ved at foreningen yder medlemmerne individuel rådgivning og ved tilbud om, at foreningen aftager og afsætter medlemmernes skovbrugsprodukter, herunder juletræer og pyntegrønt samt leverer entreprenørydelser, planter og materialer m.v. til medlemmerne. Foreningen kan drive tilsvarende samhandel med andre end foreningens medlemmer. Desuden yder foreningen medlemmerne generel orientering via bladvirksomhed, hjemmeside, nyhedsmails, faglige udflugter, kurser m.v. For også fremover at kunne opfylde det primære mål, ses det som et selvstændigt mål at opretholde og konsolidere foreningen. Foreningen kan erhverve og besidde aktier og anparter mv. i andre selskaber m.v., der driver tilsvarende virksomhed, eller som i øvrigt har en naturlig forretningsmæssig forbindelse med foreningens virksomhed. Eventuel kooperationsfremmed virksomhed skal udøves i dattervirksomheder.
