Formål Selskabets formål er at drive socialøkonomisk virksomhed, der skaber meningsfulde arbejdspladser for unge, samt virksomhed som efter ledelsens skøn er forbundet hermed. Selskabets formål kan blandt andet søges opnået via ejendomsbesiddelse. Selskabets mission er at støtte de unge pædagogisk, så de kan opnå økonomisk selvforsørgelse gennem beskæftigelse på det ordinære arbejdsmarked og dermed undgå offentlig forsørgelse. Dette gøres ved at mindske de negative konsekvenser, som kan opstå, når unge står uden for arbejdsmarkedet, såsom: - Social stigma - Begrænset udvikling af færdigheder - Psykiske udfordringer - Social isolation - Afhængighed af systemet - Færre Karrieremuligheder Uafhængighed af det offentlige PS Perspektiv er en uafhængig socialøkonomisk virksomhed, hvor ledelse og drift ikke er påvirket af offentligheden.
