Microgreens Danmark ApS leverer friske grøntsagspirer til restauranter, hoteller og andre restaurationer, som ønsker at give deres kunder en ekstraordinær, bæredygtig smagsoplevelse. Udover at levere de færdige grøntsagspirer, så samarbejder vi også med kommuner og institutioner, hvor vi prøver at skabe en naturlig interesse i plantedyrkning og bæredygtighed gennem vores populære growing racks, da vi mener, at dét er noget af det vigtigste læring for et barn. Vores grøntsagspirer kræver 95% mindre ressourcer end det normalt ville kræve at dyrke dem - og så er det helt uden pesticider. Spirerne bliver dyrket i hampemåtter under LED-belysning og bliver kun vandet. Mission: Vores mission er, at skabe en mere bæredygtig verden, ved at ændre måden vi gror vores fødevarer på. Vision: Vores vision er, alle har et growing rack stående derhjemme.
