Purpose
Som Registreret Socialøkonomisk Virksomhed, har selskabet til formål at: 1.3.1. være med til at forebygge mistrivsel, herunder stress, angst, depression og skolefravær blandt børn og unge - både i og udenfor skolen (bl.a. ved at sikre de, sammen og hver for sig, bliver klædt på med de nødvendige værktøjer, strategier, og færdigheder til at kunne være i og håndtere de udfordringer de møder på deres vej, benytte sig af de muligheder der dukker op, samt finde på proaktive løsninger, og komme styrket videre i livet); 1.3.2. fremme resiliens, trivsel, udvikling og læring/faglighed hos børn og unge - både i og udenfor skolen; 1.3.3. klæde de voksne, som børn og unge omgives af, på til at kunne øge deres egen livsduelighed, og til at kunne støtte op om det i 1.2.1 og 1.2.2 nævnte; 1.3.4. udbrede selskabets ydelser, og viden, til andre relevante samfundsgrupper og kontekster. 1.3.5. yde behandling i form af psykologisk rådgivning til børn og unge der oplever førnævnte udfordringer på egen krop, samt at samarbejde med deres voksne. Dette med henblik på at sikre de støttes i at genfinde deres indre balance og trivsel i samtlige facetter af deres liv, samt at de får adgang til de forebyggelsestiltag der omtales i foregående punkter. 1.3.6. geninvestere evt. overskud i sine sociale formål med evt. begrænset udbetaling som udbytte. 1.3.7. lede virksomheden på en ansvarlig måde i forhold til sit sociale formål.
