Europa-Kommissionen) gennem deres programmer til den teknologiske og digitale sektor, b) Fremme instrumenter, der støtter udvikling af nye teknologier, c) Udføre forskning og udvikling indenfor teknologidrevne økosystemer med særligt fokus på digital omstilling, d) Udføre forskning og udvikling i softwareløsninger til uddeling af Økonomisk Støtte til Tredjemand. Dette kan omfatte de seneste resultater af forskning og innovation, såfremt denne viser sig at være vellykket, som f.eks. cloud-teknologi og distributed ledger-teknologi, Selskabets formål er derfor ikke at opnå overskud (not for profit), men at opnå en balance mellem udgifter og indtægter, der gør det muligt at udvikle selskabets aktiviteter. Et eventuelt overskud skal ikke udloddes til selskabsdeltagere, men skal anvendes fuldt ud til Selskabets aktiviteter og dets formål.
