DTU Science Park A/S skal ved sin virksomhed understøtte studiemiljøet på DTU og medvirke til rekruttering og uddannelse af teknisknaturvidenskabelige kandidater. DTU Science Park A/S kan alene eller i samarbejde med DTU eller andre offentlige eller private institutter, organisationer og virksomheder udføre eller deltage i udførelsen af andre aktiviteter, herunder foretage økonomiske investeringer, som af bestyrelsen skønnes hensigtsmæssige og egnede med henblik på opnåelse af DTU Science Park A/S' formål.
