Purpose
Anpartsselskabets formål er at drive en integreret daginstitution for børn i alderen 0 til 5 år i henhold til Lov om dag-, fritids, og klubtilbud m.v. Institutionen er I første omgang normeret til 30 børn, men vil på sigt udvide op til 81 børn. Institutionen skal som mål sætte sig en opdragelse , der fremmer en alsidig udvikling. Privatinstitutionen er et bidrag til Fredensborg Kommunes samlede generelle og forebyggende tilbud til børn. Den følger Fredensborg Kommunes samlede retningslinjer og visioner på området. Privatinstitutionen er omfattet af formålsbestemmelsen og læringsmålene i dagtilbudsloven og af de til enhver tid gældende mål med og rammer for børns ophold i dagtilbud, herunder de krav som Fredensborg Kommune stiller i henhold til godkendelseskriterierne. Privatinstitutionen følger de af kommunen vedtagne retningslinjer i forbindelse med sprogstimulering af tosprogede børn, og er åben for børn, der kræver en særlig pædagogisk indsats. Privatinstitutionen vil i samarbejde med forældre og børn skabe rammer, der fremmer børns udvikling, trivsel og selvstændighed. Gennem faglig pædagogisk tilrettelagt aktiviteter søges det enkelte barns anlæg og interesser udviklet og fremmet, og dets sociale tilpasningsevne udviklet. Al aktivitet skal ske i en tryg og venlig atmosfære. Det daglige pædagogiske arbejde tilrettelægges i en ånd af respekt for det enkelte menneske og et højt fagligt pædagogisk niveau. Al aktivitet foregår i en struktureret hverdag, hvori tryghed, omsorg og fællesskab blandt institutionens børn, deres forældre og personale er institutionens omdrejningspunkt. Privatinstitutionen står åben for alle børnefamilier uanset race, køn, religion og politisk anskuelse. Det pædagogiske arbejde i privatinstitutionen sker til at fremme af åbenhed, tolerance og medmenneskelighed.
