Purpose

Møller Fonden som eneaktionær og skal stedse bevare majoriteten af stemmer i A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S samt bevare mere end 25 % af aktiekapitalen i A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S. Selskabet kan i ingen tilfælde sælge aktier i A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S såfremt salget må forventes at medføre at (i) Selskabets stemmeandel ikke længere overstiger 50 % og/eller (ii) Selskabets andel af aktiekapitalen ikke længere overstiger 25 %. Selskabet skal i øvrigt drives i overensstemmelse med A.P. Møllers ånd, således som udtrykt i A.P. Møller Fondens fundats, herunder blandt andet ved at sikre, at A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S stedse holdes velkonsolideret, således at det ikke først og fremmest kommer an på en stor udbyttebetaling, men på opbygning af nyttig virksomhed.
